Responsibilities
General Manager of Legal will lead and support projects to optimize the delivery of legal services across Divisions of the company, with a focus on litigation management and contract management. The role will execute on projects that build contract management standard methodologies, enabling better contract compliance and improved service levels for customers. The incumbent is expected to safeguard our reputation by ensuring that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.
Qualification, Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
The successful applicant will be a Cyber Security Customer Solution & Pre-Sales Architect.The role holder will be responsible for leading customers on analysis of Cyber Security requirements and resulting pre-sales/solution architecture for those customers - both new and existing. This is a lead pre-sales architecture and consultancy role, working on $multi-million projects and bids in managed security services.Considerable experience of a comparable cyber security pre-sales architecture roleGood knowledge and hands-on experience on Azure and AWS Native security controlsExpertise in bid response (managed service outsource deals, defining service elements, building cost models, providing content)Commercially minded - an intelligent, articulate, consensus building, and persuasive team player who can serve as an effective member of a dynamic pursuit teamExperience with business system risk management as it relates to information securityStrong leadership abilitiesHigh degree of market awareness with ability to recognise nuances/trends in the marketExperience with information system disaster recovery planning and testing, auditing, risk analysis, business system resumption planning, and contingency planning.Develop Practice charter and work on demand generation.· Work with the Sales, Technical and Delivery team, Finance team etc. to come up with a competitive proposal responseTravel Eligibility –Required – Candidates must be willing/eligible to travel to/from India to other local/global geographical regions.Educational - Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other IT related disciplineProfessional Qualifications - Desirable – CISSP, CISM, CCSP and CRISC.· Minimum 10+ years of experience with min 7 years of experience in Cyber Security and Cloud SecurityStrong written and verbal communication skills.Desirable – work experience related to security tools implementation and configuration, Security operation process and Metrics.Experience with standard and guideline like ISMS (ISO 27001-2013), SOC, PCI, NIST framework and IT general controls.Experience developing Process and policies.Understanding of network security risks, exploits, and vulnerabilities.Proficiency in all the infrastructure layers, hardware, OS, virtualization, storage, network, database and security· Good Written and Verbal communication skills
